SILIGAINE® 15C10 is a silicone rubber-coated fiberglass sleeving developed to provide reliable electrical and thermal insulation in industrial environments. Capable of operating continuously at temperatures between -60°C and +250°C, this product maintains its durability up to 290°C during short-term heat increases. With its prominent feature of >10000V (10 kV) dielectric strength—the highest insulation capacity in the series—it prevents current leakage in demanding very high-voltage applications, offering maximum electrical protection.

Its flexible structure allows for easy installation in tight and challenging spaces without cracking or breaking. This resistance to both heat and extreme voltage makes it a fundamental component in projects where the highest level of combined electrical and thermal insulation is required.

It has a wide range of applications. It is frequently used in the internal wiring connections of machines such as electric motors, alternators, and high-capacity transformers. Furthermore, it can be safely chosen for the insulation of industrial resistance wires, high-voltage electrical heating devices, MGO-insulated systems, domestic appliances, and the protection of cables exposed to high temperatures in heavy industry. In addition to being resistant to moisture, ozone, and UV rays, it stands out with its halogen-free structure that does not emit toxic gases in the event of a fire.
