SILICABLE® NTSE 3000 is a high-performance cable with a plain nickel core (type 200), designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions and where a higher test voltage resistance is required. Unlike the NTSE 2000 model, its test voltage is increased to 3000V. Its internal structure features a silicone varnish-coated fiberglass complex, while the outer surface is protected by a silicone varnish-coated fiberglass braid. Thanks to this insulation structure, it can be safely used continuously at temperatures between -60°C and +350°C.
The cable has a nominal voltage of 300/500V. It shows adequate resistance to thermal shocks and has good ageing performance in hot environments. It is also resistant to atmospheric agents such as UV, ozone, and oxygen, as well as common chemical agents. The bending radius of the cable is 5 times its outer diameter. Additionally, the NTSE 3000 model has a test report (No. 93,5 51619,01) from ASE and VDE 06.01.86.
It is safely used in the cabling for heating resistors, cartridges, bands, and plates. It is widely found in domestic electrical heating appliances, such as kitchens and professional ovens. It is also preferred for critical connections in machines for thermoplastics or rubber, as well as industrial furnaces and air ovens.
