Phlogopite Mica Tube

Produced by rolling and pressing the natural phlogopite mineral in a cylindrical form with high technology using silicone resin, the phlogopite mica tube is an insulation element developed for the most demanding thermal conditions of heavy industry. While maintaining its structural integrity at very high temperatures like 700°C in continuous use, it continues its protective insulation barrier function up to 1000°C during momentary overloads that may occur in the system. This product, which we import, fully meets modern industry standards with its asbestos-free, environmentally friendly structure.

Its rigid and smooth cylindrical form provides a perfect assembly base for placing conductive resistance wires inside the tube or winding them on it. It ensures the correct direction of energy by preventing high heat from escaping to the machine body or the external environment. It strictly prevents electrical arcing (short circuits) especially in heavy industry furnaces, induction melting furnaces, special tubular heaters, and equipment producing high heat. Since it has a much higher thermal endurance threshold compared to muscovite tubes, it is the most reliable engineering choice in heating applications where thermal stress is at the maximum level.
