Obtained as a result of pressing the natural mineral phlogopite ore under silicone resin with high technology, the phlogopite mica sheet perfectly maintains its form and dielectric properties at a continuous operating temperature of 700°C. In case of momentary fluctuations in the system or short-term overloads, it maintains its protective barrier function by withstanding peak temperatures up to 1000°C. This series, which we import and supply, has an environmentally friendly structure containing no carcinogenic asbestos.
In addition to the production of standard wire-wound and mica-insulated heaters, this product acts as an excellent insulation element in power electronics panels operating under high voltage, arc furnaces, and industrial microwave systems. While preventing energy from escaping to the outer body thanks to its low thermal conductivity, it offers long-lasting use in press machines with the tremendous resistance it shows against mechanical pressure. Since its heat resistance limit is much higher compared to a standard muscovite mica, it is the first choice in the most demanding industrial applications continuously exposed to high heat.
